The Bihar Jharkhand Association of New Zealand Inc. was founded with a vision to create a home away from home for the diaspora of Bihar and Jharkhand living across New Zealand. Recognizing the need for a collective platform, a group of dedicated individuals came together to establish an organisation that would not only preserve our rich cultural identity but also provide a strong support network for our community members.
Since our inception, we have grown into a dynamic association, hosting cultural festivals, community gatherings, and educational initiatives. We are committed to fostering a sense of belonging, promoting inter-generational understanding, and sharing the unique heritage of Bihar and Jharkhand with the wider New Zealand community. We are officially incorporated in New Zealand, reflecting our commitment to good governance and community service.
